FACTS

Committed to highest quality – the E-mount lenses support the newest camera technologies with high-precision mechanics. These lenses can be used on E-mount cameras without an adapter. According to the tradition of Voigtländer, the first lenses of this new line cover an extreme wideangle range and will particularly enthuse landscape and architecture photographers:

As these extreme focal lengths are very challenging, a fast and smooth communication between lens, camera and photographer is very important. If enabled, the camera automatically changes into magnifying mode during focusing, allowing highest accuracy. All lens-relevant data, such as focal length, aperture and focal distance are transmitted to the camera. These data are immediately shown in the view finder/ display and used for metering and image stabilization.

This is the first time we use the selective aperture control system for full frame in these lenses – a vital feature for film makers, as it allows a stepless and soundless aperture control.
